Yes recode 225 is for anyone looking to change the way they move to help relieve pain or looking to become a better athlete.
Yes, it will clean up deficiencies in your Gait and a result you will gain speed.
Yes when we are changing movement patterns a lot of the workouts are iso hold till failure. So not only does it change the pattern but the time under tension will increase strength.
The way the program is set up the workouts should last from 30-50 minutes. However they can be increased or decreased in time based off the schedule of the client.
Recode 225 is for anyone of any age. It’s the Blue print to human movement, because of certain non-negotiables like sitting in a chair, riding in cars, and having been exposed to poor shoe choices we are all subject to decode immediately after birth.
